Resa Solomon-St. Lewis is the Chef-Owner-Founder of Baccanalle and the Owner of Capital Fare Café.  She completed Chef Training (with honours) at Algonquin College and also holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Ottawa.   Chef Resa is the proud recipient of the following awards/recognition:

Chef Resa was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and her family originates from Trinidad.  Baccanalle style reflects Resa’s personal heritage – Canadian-born with all-Trinidadian Blood and a multi-cultural focus.  She developed a passion for cooking and enjoying Caribbean food at home and loves to celebrate these cooking traditions and new innovations with her family, friends and clients.
